Rules for Booking
A consultation is required before any order is placed — no exceptions
A non-refundable deposit is due to secure your consultation and confirm your order
Production does not begin until the deposit is paid and the design brief is approved in writing
All communication goes through official business channels only
Changes to the design after approval may affect pricing and timeline
Rush orders are subject to availability and an additional fee
All sales are final — no refunds on custom work once production has begun
Everyday and RTW-adjacent custom pieces: 3–5 weeks
Formal and event wear: 6–10 weeks
Bridal and traditional ceremony looks: 3–6 months minimum
Asoebi group orders: timeline discussed at consultation based on quantity

Your event or wear date — this determines the production timeline
Inspiration images — Pinterest boards, photos, screenshots, anything that captures your vision
A clear sense of occasion — where are you wearing this and what do you want to feel like in it
Your approximate budget range — this helps Sylvia design within what works for you
Your measurements or willingness to be measured at the appointment
Any cultural or traditional elements you want incorporated
Fabric preferences if you have them — color, texture, weight, anything you know you love or hate
