BEKEE BESPOKE

What Bekee Bespoke Is

  • Every piece is made from scratch, exclusively for you

  • No two pieces are identical — this is not alterations, this is full creation

  • The process takes time and intention — rush orders are not the standard

  • You are not just buying a garment, you are commissioning a design experience

  • Bekee Custom is available for any gender, body type, and occasion

Rules for Booking

  • A consultation is required before any order is placed — no exceptions

  • A non-refundable deposit is due to secure your consultation and confirm your order

  • Production does not begin until the deposit is paid and the design brief is approved in writing

  • All communication goes through official business channels only

  • Changes to the design after approval may affect pricing and timeline

  • Rush orders are subject to availability and an additional fee

  • All sales are final — no refunds on custom work once production has begun

What to Have Ready Before Your Consultation

  • Your event or wear date — this determines the production timeline

  • Inspiration images — Pinterest boards, photos, screenshots, anything that captures your vision

  • A clear sense of occasion — where are you wearing this and what do you want to feel like in it

  • Your approximate budget range — this helps Sylvia design within what works for you

  • Your measurements or willingness to be measured at the appointment

  • Any cultural or traditional elements you want incorporated

  • Fabric preferences if you have them — color, texture, weight, anything you know you love or hate

  • Questions — this is your design session, come ready to use it
