Yes! We offer international shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing typically takes 5–7 business days for ready-to-wear items. Custom or made-to-measure pieces require 10–21 business days, depending on the complexity. Once shipped, delivery may take 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

Q: Do you offer express or rush orders?
Yes. Rush orders may be available upon request for an additional fee. Please get in touch with us before placing your order to confirm availability.

SIZING & CUSTOMIZATION

Q: How do I know my size?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us with your measurements—we’re happy to help.

Q: Can I request custom sizing or design changes?
Absolutely. Most pieces can be tailored to your measurements or personalized with adjustments to color, fabric, or length. Please email us at bekeebysylvia@gmail.com or use the “Custom Order” form.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. For custom orders, we can also arrange invoice-based payments.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our designs, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 3 days of receiving your item, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Q: Can I exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
Exchanges are possible for unworn, non-custom pieces in original condition. Please email us within 5 days of delivery to initiate the process.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Q: How do I care for my garment?
Many of our designs use delicate fabrics and embellishments. We recommend dry cleaning only, unless otherwise stated. Always store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
